Dividend Policy

As far as the dividend payment is concerned the company's supreme prcinciple is to share the earned profits with the shareholders according to its amount in the given year, the current cash flow and the investment programme in progress. The company reserves the possibility of allocating the earned profits for the investment programme. In such a case the dividend will not be paid. According to the strategy of the company development in the Management Board's opinion the future profits should first suport the development and the investments. The plans concering the dividend payment policy in the next years depend on the future financial condition of the company. The recomendations of the Managerment Board related to the dividend will be based on increasing the company value for the shareholders.

Limitations of dividend payment

The dividend will not be paid in case a negative net financial result (net loss) is achived by the company. It can also be hel dup or limited in its amount if the company plans to Rather the financial means for the exisiting or planned investments.

Rules of dividend payment

In respect of the dividend payment, the Issuer applies the regulations generally applicable to the public companies.
