ARP owns 91.27% of Rafamet's shares

The Industrial Development Agency (ARP) has purchased 1,899,315 Rafamet shares under the tender offer announced in October. The share price in the tender offer was PLN 17.21 per share. As of the date of announcement of the tender offer, ARP owned approximately 47.29 percent of the total number of shares in the company. As a result of the call, the Agency aimed to achieve 100 percent in the share capital of Rafamet. Registration started on November 12 and lasted until December 13.
