We hereby inform that the proceedings before the US Trademark Trial and Appeal Board regarding the application for registration of the Poręba 1798 trademark in the USA have been completed. As a result of the proceedings, the Commission issued a decision rejecting the protest submitted by the American company to the RAFAMET S.A. application for registration of the Poręba 1798 trademark. The decision in question allows for the registration of the Poręba 1798 trademark in the USA, of which RAFAMET S.A. is the sole owner.
