The Industrial Development Agency has announced a tender offer for Rafamet shares

On October 11, 2021, the largest shareholder of the Company – the Industrial Development Agency S.A., has announced a call to subscribe for the sale of RAFAMET S.A. shares. The call was preceded by the Company's announcement on the disclosure of confidential information regarding the conclusion on July 12, 2021 of a letter of intent (Term Sheet) regarding the acquisition by Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu SA shares in RAFAMET S.A. from Krzysztof Jędrzejewski and companies Promack sp.z o.o. and Iskra sp.z o.o. On Monday, these parties also finally agreed on the terms of the share sale transaction as part of the tender offer to subscribe for the sale of the Company's shares. Pursuant to the concluded agreement, Krzysztof Jędrzejewski, as well as companies Iskra sp z o.o and Promack sp z o.o, controlling a total of almost 33 percent will sell their shares to the Industrial Development Agency for the amount of approximately PLN 18.4 million. Currently, the Agency has 47.29 percent of RAFAMET shares.
