Our principal goal is to provide products and services of quality satisfying our Customers, whilst maintaining safe working conditions and respecting the natural environment.
Each and every employee of RAFAMET is responsible for the quality, for the work safety of herself or himself and her or his associates and for the natural environment. A responsible employee should also be aware of the requirements resulting from such responsibilities. She or he appreciates the tasks and goals of the company, as well as her or his own role in accomplishing those goals. Moreover, a responsible employee knows and struggles to fulfill the policy of Quality, Environment and Occupational Health & Safety.
The company's business strategy is based on the Integrated Management System, which fulfills the following standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. All of this is according the certificate of the Bureau Veritas Certification.
The fulfillment of the Internal Control System's (WSK) criteria, which are acknowledged by the certificate of the Polish Center for Testing and Certification (Polskie Centrum Badań i Certyfikacji), guarantees an appropriate classification of goods and services, as well as proper safety measures and a transparency of transactions and their adequate recording, thus increasing international safety and maintaining peace.
